This Canadian industry comprises establishments, known as commercial and professional photo finishing laboratories, primarily engaged in developing film and making photographic slides, prints, and enlargements, on a large-scale basis, typically for commercial clients; and providing specialty services not normally available from one-hour photo finishing laboratories.
