Conceived by nine local employers with a combined workforce of 26,875, the Community Secondment Program is an innovative talent management tool focused on the development of high-potential employees within the Kingston workforce. Designed to address the development and retention of mid-career workers whose short-term upward mobility is limited in their current role, the program has significant benefits for both employers and employees:
